application:

Oxysophoridine is known to have antibacterial, antiviral, antimycoplasmal, and antichlamydial effects, and is widely used in anti-inflammatory and anti-infective aspects.

Pharmacological effects:

① Intravenous injection can cause blood pressure to rise first and then fall;

② Exciting effect on isolated hearts of warm-blooded and cold-blooded animals;

③Can cause contraction of peripheral blood vessels and visceral blood vessels. Through pharmacological, toxicological and clinical research and observation, it was found that the efficacy is equivalent and the toxic and side effects are mild. Its in vitro antibacterial test proves that it has an inhibitory effect on 15 dysentery strains such as Shigella, Sonnei, Schiffnerii, and Smith.

Biological activity:

Oxysophoridine (Sophoridine N-oxide) is a biologically active alkaloid extracted from Sophora alopecuroides Linn. Oxysophoridine (Sophoridine N-oxide) has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative stress and anti-apoptotic effects.

Chemical properties:

It is soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, and is derived from Sophora sophora and Acacia acacia.

Usage:

Oxysophoridine has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-arrhythmic effects.
